The hands on installation will consist of works by artists Jeff Muhs and Tapp Francke. By coupling Francke’s glowing pink neon ‘Swallow’ and Muhs’ fresh take on constraint through a new age ‘Pillory’ an environment emerges and sheds new light on what it is to medicate.
